CGI Commitments - Logistics
The Commitments Operations intern works closely with a member of the Commitments Department to plan and manage the event operations aspects of CGI events that involve commitments, such as CGI U, CGI America, and the Annual Meeting. Specific tasks may include event planning, the drafting and editing of documents for internal or external use, and database support.
Due to the high-profile nature of CGI members, candidates should be professional and adaptable and should have excellent writing skills. They should be very organized, able to pay attention to detail, handle multiple tasks at once, and meet strict deadlines. This role also requires the intern to work both as a member of a team and have the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate should also be adept in Microsoft Suite and comfortable learning how to use the Raiser’s Edge database.
