Digital New Media
Digital and New Media (DNM) interns work alongside web designers and web developers to build and maintain webpages conceived by graphic designers, copy editors and multimedia producers. DNM interns and staff also work with Development personnel to highlight their fundraising messages and events as well as garner broader e-newsletter engagements. We build fan pages to inspire participation in networks such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook.
As a DNM intern, you’ll help us research new web technologies and social media opportunities. You’ll also help us maintain our various websites. Some knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML, SQL databases and content management systems are helpful but not required. What is required is an interest in computers with a slant toward web technologies and the desire to advance your technical knowledge by learning new skills.
