This department directly supports staff and interns through benefits, safety, and legal compliance efforts. Duties will include data entry, scheduling interviews, writing and sending notification letters and emails. A successful candidate will be highly organized, strong attention to detail, and be able to work independently. Required computer skills include Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet ability. The HR intern will also assist in the planning and executing staff and intern activities.

This intern will also work closely in assisting the Intern Program Directors with organizing the intern applications, replying to application inquiries via email, and notifying current interns of upcoming trainings, events, and special guests among other tasks. The Intern’s tasks will be primarily administrative which will include updating Excel spreadsheets and the online application.
