VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. The sponsor of this activity is the William J. Clinton Foundation, 1200 President Clinton Avenue, Little Rock, Arkansas 72201. NO CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS ACTIVITY.

By participating, you attest that you have reviewed all applicable national, federal, state and local laws, and that your participation is not prohibited where you are located.

All entries must be made electronically and must include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and e-mail address. The deadline for entering participating in the quiz and qualifying for a chance to be selected for the book is 12:00 a.m. (Midnight) Pacific time, December 31, 2010. The drawing for the book among those taking the quiz will be held the week of January 17, 2011, in the Foundation’s office located at 55 West 125th Street, New York, New York 10027.

The selected entrants will be chosen at random from all eligible participants. Odds of being selected depend upon number of eligible entries received. The selected participants will receive an autographed copy of the book, Giving: How Each of Us Can Change the World. Shipping and handling within the United States will be provided. Selected participants can expect to receive the book within 2 – 4 weeks after the selection.

The estimated value of the quiz-taking is $0 and the estimated value of the book is $350.

No express warranties or implied warranties are created by entry. The Foundation is not responsible for computer, software, network, or transmission problems or for late, lost, or misdirected entries or other submission errors. The Foundation has the right to terminate, cancel or modify this activity, in whole or in part, at any time.
